By requesting a refund, you certify that you have deleted all copies of digital content downloaded from or otherwise accessed on the Website, or sent to you by other means.
In order to obtain a refund, you must warrant to us that you have (i) not shared any copies of the relevant products(-s) or product content with any other person and (ii) deleted or destroyed all copies of these materials that you have in your possession.
For a refund, please email customer service at email@example.com and specify that you want a refund, specify you name and purchase date. Please allow up to five (5) business days for us to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Gift codes and custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
